Fix Interstate-440

Nashville has to fix interstate-440, it has been littered with potholes for as long as any Nashvillian can remember. How wonderful would it be if you could just drive comfortably instead of being focused avoiding potholes.

Better public transportation 

Nashville needs better public transportations, so that the people don't have to rely only on their cars. Which would eliminate a lot of traffic jams.

To the city's credit, better public transportation has been in the works for a while, like an underground subway system. 

More affordable housing

Nashville needs more affordable housing. With the real estate boom over the last 5-10 years there has been a lot of new luxury apartments and condos but no affordable homes.

This has particularly hit Nashville residents that rely on public housing, but middle income folks have been pushed out as well.
